To further the CSCMP’s educational goals in the field of supply chain management, the New York City Roundtable (CSCMP-NYC) is proud to announce that the Board is now accepting applications for the 2012 Rhoda Isaacs Scholarship!

Two Scholarships Available:

• A monetary scholarship in the amount of $1500
• Fully sponsored admission & transportation to the 2012 Global CSCMP Conference held in October in Atlanta (9/30-10/3/2012)

Eligibility for Either Scholarship

• Currently enrolled student (undergraduate or graduate) with concentration in Supply Chain Management
• All applicants need to be currently enrolled in a college/university within New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, or be a permanent resident of those three states.

Requirements

• Email a 500-word essay with resume to bmme@rutgers.edu by the February 1, 2012 deadline.
• The essay referenced above should address one of the following two questions:
• What will be the top two supply chain management issues of the next five years?
• How is supply chain management, as a field, likely to change in the United States assuming that the manufacturing sector continues to decline?
• Applicants must indicate for which scholarship(s) you would like to be considered.
