Roundtable Board Members

President

Jorgette Mariñez has been a member of the CSCMP-NYC Roundtable board since 2004. Her most recent role was VP/Treasurer, and previously held positions of Programs Chairperson and Secretary, is a member of the Global Roundtable Technology Committee and acted as co-registration chairperson for the 2008 CSCMP Annual Global Conference. Jorgette is the Senior Manager, Global Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Assurance for PepsiCo (www.pepsico.com). Jorgette holds a dual degree in Economics and Policy from Syracuse University, where she also minored in Business Management & Marketing.

Programs Chairperson

Adam Petrillo is an active member of Studley’s Industrial Services Group and Supply Chain Consulting Practice. He leverages his supply chain management and logistics consulting experience to deliver supply chain and commercial real estate solutions to clients throughout the world. Before joining Studley, Adam worked for an international management consulting firm developing supply chain and logistics strategies for clients in North America, Europe and Asia. From board-level strategy to front-line tactics, he gained practical hands-on experience working with some of the world’s most recognized consumer and industrial products manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Prior to his management consulting experience, Adam founded an enterprise-scale software company specializing in innovation pipeline and intellectual property management. His membership includes the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), and Supply Chain & Logistics Canada (SCL). Adam received a Bachelor of Engineering degree with concentrations in water resources and geotechnical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Heidi Rhodes began her career in Research and Development at Pepperidge Farm in Norwalk, CT and then joined Unilever in 2006. Heidi is currently a Supply Chain Manager at Unilever. She received her BS in Food Science from Cornell University and her MBA from NYU, where she specialized in Supply Chain Management.

Treasurer

Rachel Pittard is a Real Estate Associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Practice and Global Supply Chain Group. She is responsible for marketing industrial properties on behalf of owners and landlords and providing users of distribution and manufacturing space with real estate strategy and transactional services. Beyond that, her team has a deep market reach via a global network of industrial real estate professionals as well access to C&W's comprehensive Global Supply Chain Solutions platform which involves a strategic partnership with St. Onge.

Sponsorship Chairperson

Raymond Kovonuk is a board member of the NYC roundtable Sponsorship Chair. He has over 20 years of experience working for large, medium and small consumer products companies as well as a grocery retailer and a supply chain consulting firm. Ray has been a member of CSCMP for over 15 years.

Education Chairperson

Barak Epstein is currently serving as Education Chair for the NYC Roundtable. He is an MBA Candidate at Rutgers Business School (part of a graduate program ranked #3 in SCM by AMR Research this year), where he serves as Vice President-Speaker Events for the Student Supply Chain Initiative, and as President of the MBA Student Government Association. Prior to beginning his MBA studies, Barak supported research and operations work at academic centers at Rutgers and UC-Berkeley. More recently, he completed an internship at Dell Inc. in Round Rock, TX. Barak holds a B.A. (2000) and M.Ed. (2003) from The George Washington University, speaks four languages (English, Hebrew, Spanish, and Mandarin), and lives in New Brunswick, NJ with his wife, Rabbi Rebecca Epstein, and two-year old daughter, Noa.

Past President

Fran Chargar is currently the Past - President of NYC Roundtable. Fran and her partners recently founded Optimum Supply Chain Recruiters (www.optimumscr.com) by merging Logistics Horizons and LogiPros. Fran spent more than 10 years in logistics management recruiting at Hunt Ltd., a long established personnel service. Previously Fran held numerous positions within The May Department Store organization, traveling and developing their import program as well as working in the Domestic market.

Hospitality Chairperson

Stephanie Jauch is currently serving as the hospitality chair for the NYC Roundtable. She has been a member of the CSCMP for 4 years. Stephanie is a Marketing & Sales Manager for Port Jersey Logistics, a leading third party provider. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, and has 7 years experience in the logistics industry.

Cabinet Member

Erik Holck is the Business Development Manager for Port Jersey Logistics. His responsibilities include identifying areas of organizational growth and future partnerships, developing corporate service offerings and assessing current processes as well as creating and implementing new processes. Erik’s specialties include food logistics and refrigerated transportation. He hold a BS in Business Management & Leadership from Rider University where he also minored in Economics.
