Fran Chargar is currently President of NYC Roundtable. Fran and her partners recently founded Optimum Supply Chain Recruiters (www.optimumscr.com) by merging Logistics Horizons and LogiPros. Fran spent more than 10 years in logistics management recruiting at Hunt Ltd., a long established personnel service..

Jorgette Mariñez has been a member of the CSCMP-NYC Roundtable board since 2004.  In addition to her current role as Treasurer, Jorgette acted as co-registration chairperson for the 2008 CSCMP Annual Global Conference, and is a member of the Global Roundtable Technology Committee. Jorgette is the Senior Manager, Global Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Assurance for PepsiCo (www.pepsico.com).  Jorgette holds a dual degree in Economics and Policy from Syracuse University, where she also minored in Business Management & Marketing.

Eileen Cameron, a licensed Customs Broker, with strong management and audit background, worked for the State of New Jersey for over 10 years.   Eileen serves Program Chair on the Board of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in New York, and leads business development for Customs & Trade Solutions, Inc. (www.CTSIAdvisors.com).  She is active in auditing for both compliance and cargo security programs, and has guided many clients through the C-TPAT Validation process. 

Christele Hadjadj recently joined the CSCMP-NYC as the Hospitality Chair. She has over 14 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Planning and Supply Chain Management. She is currently the Biologics Supply Chain Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.  Christele holds a B.A. in International Management from ESCEM, France, and a MBA from Lehigh University. She is CSCP certified.

Ken Chassin is the Secretary of the CSCMP NYC Roundtable since 2008. Ken is currently the Vice President of Business Development for New Breed Logistics www.newbreed.com . Ken brings over 16 years of Supply Chain experience with companies such as UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Choice Logistics, and AEI. Ken's expertise is in all areas of logistics, with his current focus on Consumer Electronics and Technology companies.

Raymond Kovonuk is a board member of the NYC roundtable Sponsorship Chair. He has over 20 years of experience working for large, medium and small consumer products companies as well as a grocery retailer and a supply chain consulting firm. Ray has been a member of CSCMP for over 15 years.

Gary Smith is currently serving as Education Chair for the NYC Roundtable. While new to the NYC roundtable, he has been active in CSCMP for over two decades and is a past Roundtable Advisor and Past President of the Atlanta Roundtable. He is currently Director of Supply Chain Operations for the New York City Housing Authority after spending most of his career in private sector supply chain management and consulting. Gary holds a BS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is CPIM and CSCP certified.

 Suzanne M. Richer, President of Customs & Trade Solutions, Inc, (www.CTSIAdvisors.com)  and a licensed Customs Broker has over twenty three years in international supply chain management, having served in the Ports of Detroit, Miami, Newark and Philadelphia.   Suzanne is a past president of  the NYC Roundtable.
