Collaboration Across Functions

Judith Anderson, Founding Partner

A & R Consulting

Numerous industry trends is increasing pressure to collaborate across functions both internally and externally: outsourcing – growth of 3pl, 4pls; Globalization, Reverse Logistics, Integration, aggressive service goals.  But how can one collaborate, when, in realty: Leadership is not aligned, culture/values differ across groups; phone calls aren’t returned; styles are counterproductive to collaboration; trust busting behavior show up; collaborative decisions take too long.

This session will outline the critical skills necessary to overcome these challenges and respond to the collaborative leadership challenge.
